The know-how maintained in these marshes is ancestral. Everyone knows what a salt marsh is, but few people know how it works. During your walk in the middle of the marshes, you will be able to observe the salt workers at work, carrying out the traditional method of <strong>salt harvesting<\/strong>.  <br\/>In addition, you will also be introduced to the fauna and flora present on the marshes during your visit.
