Who says beach, says aquatic activities! Whether you are a novice or an experienced sportsman, enjoy discovering the pleasures of the seaside thanks to the Nautical Center of Notre Dame de Monts. This center offers various activities; there is something for everyone:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>The towed buoy<\/strong>: fun sessions to be towed by a boat while being on a buoy!<\/li><li>Sand<strong>yachting<\/strong>: the best way to enjoy the great expanses of sand of 10 km!<\/li><li><strong>Catamaran<\/strong>: this activity is totally supervised by sailing professionals. Course during 5 days, you can either learn the basics of navigation, or simply improve your skills.<\/li><li><strong>Windsurfing<\/strong>: in the form of a course, anyone can try it.<\/li><li><strong>Canoeing\/kayaking<\/strong>: this is the perfect activity to relax. Accompanied by a guide, you can sail individually or in groups to discover the surrounding fauna and flora.<\/li><li><strong>Surfing: <\/strong> a course supervised by a professional, you will love to discover the pleasures of surfing!<\/li><li><strong>Stand-up paddle<\/strong>: very popular for the last few seasons, it is an easy to access activity which consists in moving upright on a board with the help of a paddle.
